Granite State · Premium Services

Care shaped by people.
Held to a standard.

Premium Massage and Premium Facial are two defined services provided by Granite State Therapy Group at our Concord practice. They express how we approach professional care: through individual consultation, skilled practitioners and a documented path to service qualification.

The services & their practitioners

The people behind the work.

Massage and skin care ask for different skills. Both services begin with the person in front of the practitioner, while a shared framework guides consultation, safety and professional readiness.

Premium Massage

Ellie shapes the session around the client’s goals, preferred pressure and comfort. Consultation determines where to focus, how to pace the work and how the treatment should respond as the client’s needs become clearer over 90 minutes.

The personal decisions sit within a defined service. Technique, communication and attentive execution are part of the same professional expectation, so an individual treatment can still be delivered to a consistent standard.

Within the service: An included enhancement is selected during consultation and integrated into the treatment under the applicable procedure and professional scope.

Professional skin care · 90 minutes

Premium Facial

Veronika begins with consultation and an assessment of the skin as it presents on the day. That assessment guides procedure and product choices, allowing the treatment to respond to individual needs within the approved facial protocol.

Professional judgment matters in every step, from deciding what is appropriate to adapting the sequence with care. The service standard makes those decisions understandable and repeatable without treating every client in the same way.

Professional skincare in use: Sanitas Skincare is a current product example; selection within the facial protocol follows individual skin needs.

Behind the experience

A documented way to qualify and sustain the work.

Our internal Premium Qualification Standard describes how a provider progresses toward these services. It connects a sustained record of client care with service-specific training, an observed treatment and a documented decision about readiness.

Qualification is specific to the work being performed. The same framework also makes space for continuing review and for the practitioner’s own professional style.

This is a Granite State operating standard developed for our Concord practice, not an external certification.

Sustained client feedback

We review service feedback over time, with context, to understand consistency and identify where coaching can help. One isolated rating never defines the standard.

Observed technical practice

Training is specific to the service. A final observed treatment shows how a provider applies technique, consultation, professional judgment and attentive care in practice.

Defined protocols and scope

Consultation, consent, safety and procedure requirements are documented. Specialized enhancements have their own approval requirements within the provider’s professional scope.

Written authorization and review

Technical approval and operating authorization are recorded before a provider delivers the service independently. Continuing review keeps the qualification an active responsibility.

Jacqueline Daniel

Owner-led implementation

Responsibility remains close to the practice.

Jacqueline Daniel, owner, massage therapist and esthetician, defines the technical standard and oversees the initial assessment. Her role ties written requirements to the realities of delivering a service: preparation, sound judgment, safety and the client’s experience.

Providers bring their own professional style within that framework. For prospective partners, the program offers a concrete view of how Granite State Therapy Group delivers professional services and selects products for use in treatments: through training, controlled procedures and clear accountability in the practice itself.
